Clothes will be made on order, to offer that extra bit of exclusivity. Orders only get manufactured after payment, availability will be confirmed beforehand.
If a specific material is no longer available, we can chat about a substitute.
Elegance is a small business with a big dream. We will try to have your order completed within 7 to 14 working days, we will inform you of any delays. We will definitely do everything in our power to complete your order as quickly as possible.

How It Works
We send parcels using Courier Guy (First Choice) OR Postnet
please see rates below:
To your nearest Courier Guy: R50
To your door via Courier Guy: R60
To your nearest Postnet: R100
To your door via Postnet: R200
Once shipped, it takes 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
If you prefer to send your own courier to collect from me please contact me privately and none of our rates will apply.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Returns are made at your own expense; you send it back with The Courier Guy, Postnet or any other courier of your choice. Shipping will apply to replacement products as well. Please contact us for a return address should you need it.
